Boys School Age Recreational Gymnastics

The classes are structured for skill development in the Olympic events: floor, pommel horse/ mushroom, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and the horizontal bar as well as trampoline! Our boys gymnastics classes are designed to help your son improve their strength, flexibility, agility and balance, air awareness, and understanding of body movement. Best of all your son will gain the coordination and confidence to later excel in our competition team or even in another sport!
