PARTY OVERVIEW: 

• Standard Party Pack: 1.5 hours for $200
  • Deposit $120 due at time of booking/ balance due in CASH on the day
• Up to 12 participating kids included
  • additional kids are $5 each due in cash at party
• Add on items:
  • extra half hour $40 (split $20 deposit/ $20 day of in cash)
  • inflatable obstacle course $60 (split $40 deposit/ $20 day of in cash)
• Booking parties for Saturdays & Sundays between 11am-7pm

 
 
What you need to know for your party:

1. Face masks are now optional for kids and adults
2. Participants (kids actively playing) must have a parent/ guardian sign them in on the release form
3. Please note that attendees cannot have come in contact with a positive case of COVID-19 within 2 weeks prior to the event.
4. To book your party: visit our office to complete the contract and pay the deposit and pick up your invitations
5. If you are adding time to your party please confirm with the office at the time of booking

Do you want to host a group event at Basel's? 

Basel's Gymnastics offers field trips for day care centers, gym rental for outside athletic groups, and half day or overnight rental for larger groups. 
Please contact our office for more details and to reserve a date!

• $5 per kid = 1 hr or $7 per kid = 1.5
• A deposit of $30 is required to book. The balance will be collected on the day based on the number of participating kids. 
• We require a 24 Hour cancellation notice. We will usually call the day before to verify numbers and times.
• Large groups with varied ages can be split into separate time slots. This allows us a little better control over activities and age appropriate lesson plans.
